Highlights included the delicious local seafood available nearby and superb service from dedicated staff who were always ready to assist. However, taxi availability can be hectic at times, and some noise from the street could be heard in the room, which may disturb light sleepers.

The hotel staff were not only professional but super polite, made everything easy. The breakfast had this 'egg station' you could not miss fresh omelettes just the way you like them and delicious fresh pho was a nice touch to an otherwise mediocre spread.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what you get.

I had a great time walking to nearby places like the Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral and Independence Palace, everything felt so accessible and within a short distance, which made my weekend feel more alive. The hotel was clean and had friendly service that made my stay enjoyable.

I had a great stay at A&Em hotel. The location couldn’t be better. It's right near Ben Thanh Market, making it easy to explore. My room, the Premium Deluxe Double Room, was clean and spacious enough for two. The rain shower in the bathroom was a nice touch. Breakfast provided a mix of Asian and Western options. Excellent coffee. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially Hana, who made everything seamless. However, I did encounter an issue with the electricity. The lights flickered during the night, which was quite unsettling. I had to call the front desk, and they promptly moved me to another room that felt fresher and didn’t have any smells or issues. The pool area was a nice spot to relax after a long day. I appreciated the blend of comfort and convenience, but the inconsistent room quality could be improved to enhance the experience.
